We are presently hiring for the following:
Direct Youth Care Specialist
Responsible for the supervision of youth to ensure safety and appropriate social behaviors are practiced during their daily activities; serve as a role model and mentor. Requirements: a HS diploma, experience working with children/adolescents with emotional/substance abuse. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for work experience. Must be able to work flexible hours.
Youth Support Specialist
Part time, casual position, working one-on-one with severely emotionally disturbed youth and their families in the community. Requirements: Experience working with at-risk children and their families, or two years of education in the Human Services field. Hours are flexible to meet the youth’s schedule.
License Addiction Counselor
Provide co-occurring treatment services in our Behavioral Health Outpatient Program. Screening and assessments, individual and group counseling, with support referrals and follow-up for continued recovery. Be familiar with ASAM-PPC-2R placement guidelines for adolescent treatment and for use in treatment planning with our multi-disciplinary team. Requires a Bachelor Degree and license or candidate status eligible for licensing as an Addiction Counselor in the Stat of Montana. Full time, Monday through Friday.
Lead Clinical Staff
Oversee the clinical and administrative functions of a therapeutic group home providing a quality, structured environment for youth ages 9 through 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, educational and adjustment difficulties. Provides weekly individual, group and family therapies. Oversees the supervision and training for all staff members of the group home. Must be either licensed as a LCPC or LCSW, or have verifiable candidate statue for licensure in the State of Montana. Supervision provided for verifiable candidate status therapists. Full time position, Monday through Friday.
Participates as a member of an interdisciplinary team demonstrating a working knowledge of best practice model in delivering full range of mental health services to participants and their families. Delivers clinical services following protocol outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual and adheres to all ethical and statutory obligations mandated by professional license. Must be either licensed as a LCPC or LCSW, or have verifiable candidate statue for licensure in the State of Montana. Supervision provided for verifiable candidate status therapists. Full time position, Monday through Friday.
