Targeted Youth Case Management
Targeted Youth Case Managers assist youth of all ages, along with their families, to help identify and access services that help meet the child’s needs. Our program focuses on a strengths-based approach that recognizes the child’s positive attributes and strengths, in turn concentrating on the preservation of the youth in their family. Targeted Youth Case Managers reinforce the growth of a healthy family relationship and promote open communication, teamwork and respect.
If Case Management Services are needed, youth may be referred by community agencies, therapists, schools, hospitals, parents/guardians and various other treatment providers. Youth may be eligible for Targeted Youth Case Management depending on their Medicaid status and the diagnosis of a serious emotional disturbance.
Our Targeted Youth Case Management Program continues to grow and is moving in a positive direction. We have continued to extend our services and support throughout Billings and surrounding areas. We have four Targeted Youth Case Managers dedicated to providing quality services and supporting youth and their families with their individual needs. Our Targeted Youth Case Management Program now serves around 90 youth and their families.
