Youth Support Specialist Program
For severely emotionally disturbed youth, New Day specializes in working directly with children and their families to provide the therapy needed to help keep families together. This type of care is the cornerstone of all of New Day’s treatment programs. Youth support specialists work one on one with Seriously Emotionally Disturbed youth and their families in the community setting. Youth support specialist will be responsible to teach and model skills to youth to assist with building self-esteem, improving relationships and learning self-regulation skills. New Day also offers targeted youth case management under its youth support services.
