Our referral process is as follows:

- We accept:
- Medicaid
- Self-Pay
- BCBS
- Allegiant
- Grant for people unable to pay (make too much for Medicaid but can’t afford treatment)
- We accept:
- She will get the person financially cleared
Once the client is financially cleared, the person will be scheduled for an assessment.
Upon completion of the assessment the client will be referred to services including:
Substance Use Disorder Services
- Substance Use Disorder Evaluation (CD Assessment: Chemical Dependency Assessment)
- Individual Substance Use Counseling
Substance Use Groups:
- Level 2.5, High Intensity Outpatient Treatment (20 hours per week)
- Level 2.1, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (9 hours per week)
- Level 1.5, Outpatient Therapy
- Level 1.0, Long Term Remission Monitoring
- Level .5, Early Intervention
Mental Health Services
- Mental Health Assessment
- Individual Mental Health Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Marriage Counseling/Couples Counseling
Ancillary Classes
- Anger Management
- Strengthening Communications for Relationships
- Adult Children of Alcoholism/Addiction
- Seeking Safety
- Life Skills
- Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) Thinking Errors
- Domestic Violence
- Nurturing Parenting
A.C.T. Prime for Life
- Assessment: Substance Use Disorder Evaluation
- Classes: 12 hours of level .5, Early Intervention Prime for Life Curriculum
- Treatment: Anyone with 2 or more DUI’s, Montana State Law requires treatment in Level 2.1, or higher, followed by Level 1.0, Continuing Care, then Monthly Monitoring for a year beginning from the day of the assessment. Anyone with 1 DUI, treatment is required based on meeting the criteria in the assessment. If the client does not meet criteria for a referral to a level of care the Level .5, Prime for Life 12 hours of classes are sufficient and takes care of this requirement.
